Argentines returning or foreingers with permanent resident visa

The vehicle must come to Argentina within 6 months of customer arrival to the country. Although not necessary that the customer is present at the office for the customs formalities should be in the country to sign certain forms and submit your original passport.

They can only be imported used cars (one for each member of the marriage). These are subject to tax. Approximately 79% must be paid CIF value tax for cars with gasoline and 100% tax for diesel cars.

The import of new vehicles is subject to special regulations and is limited to certain types of vehicles. The vehicle must be in the name of the shipper.

• Valid passport which clearly shows that the person has been residing in another country for a period not less than 12 months and that such residence has not been interrupted with entries to Argentina for a period exceeding 60 days during the 12 months prior to return.
• Two original bill of lading or air waybill.
• Certificate of consular residence. (only Argentine return)
• Original purchase invoice.
• Original documentation complete vehicle.
• Authorization for our company signed by the owner to manage the customs clearance.
