Argentines returning or foreingers with permanente resident visa
CUSTOMS
REGULATIONS
 
•The shipment should arrive in Argentina within 6 months of customer arrival to the country. Although not necessary that the customer is present at the office for the customs formalities should be in the country to sign certain forms and submit your original passport.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
 
• Valid passport which clearly shows that the person has been residing in another country for a period not less than 12 months and that such residence has not been interrupted with entries to Argentina for a period exceeding 60 days during the 12 months prior to return.
• Two original bill of lading or air waybill.
• Certificate of consular residence. (only Argentine return)
• Inventory.
• Authorization for our company signed by the owner to manage the customs clearance.
 
Foreingers with temporary visa
   
• They can enter personal effects under temporary admission under the new regime of customs guarantee. The property must be "guaranteed" for the duration of the visa and the guarantee must be renewed according to the expiry of the visa.

The property can be guaranteed by:

• Policy bond through an insurance company.
• The manager of the company for which the applicant will be working. (This company must be registered with customs as an importer / exporter).

IMPORTANT: If the visa is not renewed at the expiration of the warranty, the property must be re-exported. If you obtained a visa for permanent residence, the property must necessarily be nationalized.
• Original passport valid for 1 year with Visa or other visa (see note in special requirements).

• 2 BL's original or the original AWB

• Temporary Admission Form (Forms of Guarantee) for ocean shipments that will be provided by Quick Logistic Group to the account or the customer prior to shipment arrival.
   
Foreingers Dimplomatics
   

Must obtain a diplomatic exemption to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Argentina through the diplomatic mission in your country or official body in which you are working. It can import new cars.

• Diplomatic franchise.
• Two original bill of lading or air waybill.
• Inventory.
• Authorization for our company sealed by the Mission Diplomatic manage customs clearance.
• Photocopy of passport.
