Argentines returning or foreingers with permanent residence visa
CUSTOMS
REGULATIONS
 
The person who is moving must have lived legally in Argentina during the past year. The visa of the destination country must have been issued within 6 months before the move. This visa must be stamped on the passport, must be a certificate issued by the destination country testifying to this visa.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
 
Photocopy authenticated by a notary public of all pages of the passport, even those that are blank. This passport must have a length of more than one year but must also authenticate the previous passport.
• Certificate issued by the consulate of the destination country where it is witnessed that the person has obtained a permit by filing more than one year (not required if the visa is stamped on the passport).
• A notary public authenticated photocopy of the air ticket with which the applicant will travel to your destination.
• Written authorization for our company to perform the steps of Customs.
• Additionally aliens permanent resident visa must submit:
• Certified photocopy of ID card before a notary public. (National Identity).
• Low consular or consular letter to the consulate of your country (not a requirement for some countries).
 
Foreingers with Temporary Visa
   

Since October 1995, Customs Argentina reformed the entry of foreigners without permanent residence visa and a new system for personal income through guarantees. The office issues this certificate to export previously imported after effects. In this case, it is necessary that the client has been in the country during the last year and the days that remained outside the country are not important

Foreing Diplomats
   

Must obtain a diplomatic exemption to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Argentina through the diplomatic mission in your country or official body in which you are working

Diplomatic franchise.
Authorization for our company sealed by the diplomatic mission to manage customs clearance.
Photocopy of passport.
